Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30 (worth £4.99). Standard shipping is normally 48 hours if ordered before 2pm, however, please allow 2-5 working days to receive your item. Express shipping will incur an extra charge.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a risk-free 30 night trial on all products, excluding the aromatherapy & candle range. That means, if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund - the cost of shipping (£4.99).

Please make sure to return your item/s in secure packaging to avoid them being damaged in transit. If the products arrive damaged, this may affect your return.
We suggest wrapping your returned box in a jiffy/shipping bag.
Please note that all products need to be returned within their original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, providing there are no issues with the condition of your return, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, or the exchange item will be dispatched, within 5 working days.
For exchanges please note: There are no postage charges for the first exchange that you make. Return postage is charged at £4.99 and will be taken off the total value of the refund if an exchange item is returned.
Refunds
If you cancel your order for any Product(s) within the applicable Trial Period, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible, and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back or, if earlier, the day on which we receive evidence that the Product(s) have been collected by our courier or you have returned the Product(s) to our returns address. We will refund the price paid - the cost of standard or expedited delivery charges (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to damage to the Product(s). If you received any promotional or other discounts when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase unless agreed otherwise.
Faulty Products
If any Product you ordered is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and other reference. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
